SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping costs are free on all orders over $100 when shipped to destinations within the lower 48 United States.  Orders to Alaska and Hawaii that are over $100 will have a discounted shipping rate.  Orders under $100 will have shipping costs added to the order at time of checkout.  All shipping will be via either UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) and most products will ship in approx. 7-10  business days from date of purchase. That may vary depending on the current workload we are experiencing. If you are in a hurry to get an item please let us know and we will do everything we can to speed up the process.

  • Shipping within the US takes 5-7 Days via USPS, 2-5 Days via UPS Ground.

  • Rush orders will be via UPS.  All UPS services are available and will be billed accordingly.  Expedited and rush shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

RETURN POLICY

These items cannot be returned

 

Because of the personalized nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns.

 

Return details

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us as quickly as possible so we may get the issue resolved.  It must be reported by the original recipient. Reports of damage by a 3rd party will not be honored.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Information about fonts, colors, wood type and characters -


Fonts - Please know that every font has characteristics that look different when cut into wood compared to a printed on paper version.  Fonts are all different and some letters may not turn out the same way as you expected. Please be sure to check the font on Microsoft word if you think there will be complications. If it is not an error on our part, we will not replace an item because of font characteristics.  The fonts we most use in our designs are either Arial (italicized / bold / etc) or Wide Latin.

Colors - Colors may be different on the final product than they appear on your computer screen. Due to differences in wood coloration from board to board, there may be slight color variations in the finished product versus what you saw on your computer.  We’ve tried to correctly portray the color as much as possible.

 

Wood Type -  In building each bank, we use wood which will give us the best stain characteristics along with durability.  We use wood such as Maple, Red Oak, Poplar, Beech, Aspen and others depending upon the stain chosen and availability of the wood species.

 

Characters – If you have ordered a bank with a moving or stationary character, we develop these in two-dimensional wood cutouts and hand paint them.  Unless you tell us exactly what colors to use  and how you would like the character to look, we will use our own resources to design a character that exemplifies what you have specified.  For example, if you choose an animal such as a lion and don’t tell us exactly what kind of lion (male, female, cub, etc) with specific colors (brown mane, golden body, etc) and positioning (standing, sitting, running, etc.) we will create a lion based on the many computerized files we have access to.

Proofs - Proofs will be sent after the purchase via email. If you receive your proof and are unhappy with a font, layout or character design we will work with you until you are happy with the design.

Once the proof is approved, it goes into manufacturing. Once the order is started in the shop it cannot be changed and no refund can be given.
